Grid-tie Wind Turbine Controller: Product Features of FKJ-GT Model (Grid-tie) ◆ The product is manufactured in accordance with the industrial standard JB/t6939.1-2004 and the national standard GB/T 19115.1-2003, and also in accordance with the technical requirements of users. ◆ Large LCD display. The images display the working status visually. Various data are displayed: real-time wind turbine voltage, current, solar panel voltage, current, DC output voltage, current, total power generation (the main board is equipped with a button battery, in case of power failure, the data can be saved for 30 days) ◆ Two sets of control systems: PWM constant voltage system and three-phase load shedding system. ◆ The constant voltage regulation by pulse width modulator is 120% of the rated power of the wind turbine. When the power of the PWM converter is exceeded, the three-phase load shedding will be automatically activated immediately. After 10-20 minutes, the three-phase unloading will stop, and the wind turbine will start again to restore the power supply to ensure the safe operation of the entire wind power generation system. ◆ In strong or super strong wind, the controller can output constant voltage to ensure the safe operation of the inverter. ◆ In the off-grid state of the inverter connected to the grid, the controller can output constant voltage and wait for the inverter to resume operation. ◆ When the grid is disconnected, the three-phase load shedding of the controller is automatically activated, and the inverter stops supplying power to the grid. When the grid is restored, the controller turns off the three-phase unloading, and the inverter resumes power supply. ◆ The inside of the controller is equipped with overvoltage protection. Apply excess voltage to the wind turbine at the allowable voltage of the equipment or system. On the other hand, conduct the strong lightning current directly to the ground to avoid any damage to the equipment. ◆ The controller is equipped with an emergency stop switch; in case of an emergency, press the emergency stop button on the front panel to completely cut off the power supply of the controller, and the wind turbine will brake immediately (three-phase load shedding). ◆ The controller is equipped with a manual three-phase load shedding switch. When using this switch, the wind turbine will brake (three-phase load shedding). ※ Adopt Modbus communication protocol. It is convenient to carry out secondary development. ※ It is possible to configure technical specifications via RS485. It is convenient for professional customers to configure various wind turbines. ※ Support Wi-Fi and GPRS. Customers can monitor the working status of the on-grid wind power system in real time from PC and mobile devices, and view the query history in real time. Android and operating systems are compatible in mobile devices. ※ Can increase the solar panel control system according to customer requirements. ※ For different wind turbines, the controller can be equipped with mechanical steering, tail plane steering, folding tail, mechanical brake, hydraulic brake, electromagnetic brake and other braking functions.
