Speroni CX pumps are centrifugal, single-stage stainless steel pumps with a mechanical seal, designed for domestic and industrial water supply systems, irrigation, as well as for use in the food industry.
By default, the manufacturer uses a mechanical seal with a conical spring made of graphite/ceramic materials. Our customers faced a situation where the original Speroni seal failed in almost a week, causing fluid leakage, and this happened repeatedly. The pump was operating in the water supply system of a municipal utility, which created significant inconvenience both for the enterprise itself and for end consumers. However, replacing the original seal with a mechanical seal from BTS Engineering R-BT-FN.NU solved the problem. For more than six months now, the pump has been operating stably and without any issues.
