The Flygt N 3102 wastewater pumps with Adaptive N™ technology are perfect in their operation. Two impeller options are available - hardened gray cast iron for typical applications or Hard Iron™ for abrasive and corrosive media. Thanks to mechanical self-cleaning, these pumps can handle sludge with solids concentrations of up to 8%.
Such extreme operating conditions require reliable sealing elements. These pumps feature the Griplock™ double mechanical seal system, consisting of two sets of shaft seals that work independently to provide double protection. They are available in tungsten carbide (TC) or silicon carbide (SiC), depending on the pumped medium. Mechanical seals R-FL.XA 25, L and R -FL.XA 25, U easy to install, reliably fixed on the shaft with the help of a special locking spring, work without interruption for many years.
