R-M481KL-D Double Cartridge Seal Stirrer is a fully assembled unit for use in mixers and reactors with top drive. It has proven itself ideally in the petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food industries, etc.
Features:
- R-M481KL-D - double reinforced with floating bearing;
- The unit is ready for installation and verification at the standardization plant;
- Self-closing on both sides of the product when the vise is pressed or changed;
- Can be used with a buffer pressure at a pressure of up to 0.6 MPa as a single reinforcement or under the pressure of a barrier pressure in a double reinforcement frame, up to 1.6 MPa;
- Not unclaimed, do not lie directly in front of the wrapping shaft;
- Coolant circulation based on API 682 /ISO 21 049: plan 52, plan 53A;
- Possible modifications for step and non-step shafts;
- Shaft diameter: d1=40 ... 220 mm;
- Pressure: p1=vacuum ... 16 bar (232 PSI), p3=max. 18 bar (261 PSI);
- Temperature: t1=-40 °C ... +200 (350 with cooling flange) °C (-40 °F ... +392 (662*) °F);
- Velocity: vg=0 ... 5 m/s (0 ... 16 ft/s).
