Chemical centrifugal self-suction pumps of the QHB series are made of materials (GFRPP or PVDF) that can withstand most acid and alkali solutions. QHB is a centrifugal pump with mechanical compaction, direct drive from an electric motor and self-suction function. (Self-suction height 5 M.) The Pump has a powerful self-suction force and is equipped with an idling protection device. The liquid temperature that the pump can pump for GFRPP is up to 80°C, for PVDF material up to 100°C. The inlet flange and self-suction chamber are cast under pressure as a single whole, without any points of welding or connections. The pressure flange and housing are also cast under pressure as a single unit without any welds, which increases the durability of the product and prevents leakage. The pump can pump liquids containing suspended particles. The electric motor is equipped with a microelectronic device to protect against idling, overload, and phase breakage.
