The inlet pressure can reach 33 mbar (97% vacuum). If the vacuum pump is operated at a constant gas pressure below 80 mbar, an anti-cavitation pipe must be connected. If the pump is equipped with an air ejector, the inlet pressure can reach 10 mbar. The ejector can be installed directly on the pump. When operating as a compressor, ESV pumps can reach 0.26 mPa (absolute pressure)
