Double Cartridge Seal for R-MR35L-D Stirrer is a fully assembled unit for use in mixers and reactors with top, side and bottom drive. MR35L-D seals are ideal for sticky, pasty, dry media in the chemical, plastics, paint, food and pharmaceutical industries.

Peculiarities:

• R-MR35L-D - double seal with floating bearing (also possible without bearing);
• Cartridge block with counter ring on the rotating product side;
• Unloaded, does not depend on the direction of shaft rotation;
• Coolant circulation based on API 682 /ISO 21 049: Plan 52, Plan 53A, Plan 53C;
• Optimum shaft sleeve contour allowing the use of silicon carbide (SiC) on the inner rotating ring;
• The shaft sleeve does not come into contact with the product;
• Axial displacement of shaft/housing:
  • for d1=35 ... 60 mm max ±1.5 mm,
  • for d1 >60 mm: max. ±2.0 mm.
• Radial offset of shaft/housing:
  • max ±0.3mm (0.012").
• Shaft diameter: d1=35...140 mm.
