Bactofuga MAXCLEAN BACTERIA
MAXCLEAN BACTERIA is a high quality stainless steel centrifugal separator, suitable for cleaning in place (CIP), with centrifugal pump, partial and full automatic drain, designed as a clarifier to clean bacteria in milk. Its purpose is to remove organic and inorganic solids/contaminants found in milk. MAXCLEAN BACTERIA effectively reduces spores and total bacteria in milk, resulting in longer shelf life and higher product quality.
MAXCLEAN BACTERIA is mounted on its own platform and has been wired to its panel and is ready to be used as a skid platform. Thanks to the circulating pump and the excellent design that allows milk to be fed back into the product inlet, along with the cleaning of bacterial and somatic cells, it is also effective in aerobic and anaerobic spore clearance.
MAXCLEAN BACTERIA in the product depending on the temperature:
- 70%-90% of total bacteria
- aerobic spores 90% or more
- anaerobic spores over 98%
- reducing the number of somatic cells by 95%, provides a longer shelf life and higher product quality.
