Separators DBA series

DBA separators are centrifugal separators used to separate the water-fat emulsion in the product, remove materials other than milk fat, and obtain high concentration fat.

DBA separators, like maxcream separators, can be operated in a concentrator (skimmer) or purifier configuration. Unlike Maxcream separators; are designed to purify plain milk fat (anhydrous milk fat) and obtain a high concentration of fat by separating water and solids found in processed butter, cream or milk. Before entering the DBA separator, the cream is passed through a homogenizer and provided with a phase change. After the phase change, the product entering the DBA separator reaches a concentration value above 99.5% and a pure oil is obtained.
