F Series Beverage Industry

The HAUS F Series separators are new generation centrifugal separators specially designed for the beverage industry. Produced for the processing of various oils and drinks, such as mango and pomegranate juice, coconut, tea, wine, vinegar, molasses, tangerine and orange peel. While F-Series separators with clarifier and concentrator configurations are used to separate the feed product into phases, separators with clarifier configuration remove organic and inorganic solids/contaminants contained in the product.

The F-Series Separators in a clarifier configuration with high separation efficiency remove even the finest solids in the product at the end of the clarification process. Thus, they reduce the need for and cost of filtration, providing savings in sectors where filtration is mandatory. The F-Series Separators in Purifier and Concentrator configuration perform product phase separation and are effective in removing solids and contaminants in the product.

Details of drum group of Separators of the HAUS F Series are made of high-quality stainless steel. To prevent clogging during unloading when handling products with a high concentration of solids, special cyclones have been developed for the discharge of solids. F-series separators are self-cleaning hygienic separators that can be partially filled and fully discharged automatically.
